Privacy Policy | MxM Revenue Engineering

This page explains what MxM Revenue Engineering collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled. The short version: minimum necessary data, explicit consent for optional tracking, and no sale of personal information.

What we collect

MxM Revenue Engineering collects the minimum information required to respond to inbound requests, schedule calls, and deliver audit work. That usually means name, work email address, company context, and the message you choose to send.

When you browse the site, we may also collect aggregated usage information through analytics tools if you consent to that category in the cookie controls.

  • Contact form data
  • Scheduling metadata
  • Consent preferences
  • Aggregated analytics

How we use it

We use submitted information to reply to your request, qualify whether MxM is a fit for the work, and maintain an audit trail of commercial conversations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use submitted information for third-party advertising without explicit consent.

Data handling

MxM works with scoped revenue diagnostics and intentionally limits the data requested during early-stage engagements. The preferred starting point is operational exports, not broad live-system access.

If you need deletion or correction of contact information you shared with us, email hello@mxmrevenue.com and we will process the request within a reasonable period.
